The operational heart of every project is the worksite. Here is where ideas and projects on the computer and paper turn into structures with the right materials, the most appropriate building techniques and the most functional technology to characterize the style while respecting the budget of the whole project.
The Site Manager must comply with laws and bylaws while turning the project into reality: meeting measurable deadlines, coordinating the work of contractors and professionals working on the site, controlling the quality, quantity and mechanical characteristics of the many materials used, and – not less important – having a "global vison" of the project so as to be able to punctually respond to plans decided with the client. Our integrated project design allows us to continuously monitor every phase of work on architecture, structures and utilities on the site.
